CONSUMER / CLIENT: MSN or Google, I'm not sure which one.
DEBT COUNSELOR: Did our service meet your expectations?
CONSUMER / CLIENT: Absolutely. Your debt counselors kept in constant contact with me, and that was reassuring.
DEBT COUNSELOR: Did you, at one point consider bankruptcy?
CONSUMER / CLIENT: I did. Then I found out how much it would cost to file, I think thats what led me here.
DEBT COUNSELOR: Would you, in confidence refer us to a friend or family member?
CONSUMER / CLIENT: I have. Not sure whether he enrolled yet.
DEBT COUNSELOR: How did you find us?
CONSUMER / CLIENT: Sorry, I really can't remember.
DEBT COUNSELOR: Did our service meet your expectations?
CONSUMER / CLIENT: I was much happier with my new monthly payment, I ended up saving about $2,370.00 overall.

CONSUMER / CLIENT: No. Not at all.

CONSUMER / CLIENT: Actually I did, but my father talked me out of that one.
